Service Contracts
General Reproduction Products is qualified to perform all service to properly maintain and insure proper operation of equipment from our leading suppliers: OCÉ, HP, Seiko, and Contex. The term of this agreement is for one-year after initial Warranty expires. GRP offers very competitive rates for a Service contract and all our Service Reps are qualified by the manufacturers of the equipment we sell.
Toner and developer chemicals are supply items, and are not included in our Service Contracts, but are available through GRP.
